Rafting is considered very safe as long as you follow the instructions given during the guide’s safety briefing. Everyone must wear:

This experience is recommended for participants aged 10 and above. Children under 10 are not advised to join.

⭐ Day Trip Itinerary – Trishuli Rafting

1️⃣ Drive to Beni Ghat (Dhading)
Your trip begins with a scenic 3-hour drive from Kathmandu (75 km).
Once you reach Beni Ghat, the team will take about 30 minutes to prepare rafting equipment.

2️⃣ Preparation & Safety Briefing
You’ll fill out a quick pre-departure form (if not already done) and change into comfortable water-friendly clothing.
Your rafting guide will give a detailed safety briefing on paddling techniques and river safety.

3️⃣ Start Rafting – Adventure Begins!
Enjoy about 3 hours of rafting on the thrilling rapids of the Trishuli River.
Your journey ends at Khatauti Khola or Jabang Khola, depending on water levels.

4️⃣ Return Drive
After finishing the adventure, you’ll be driven back to Beni Ghat and continue your journey back to Kathmandu or your onward destination.
